Bacco 1000 – 1500 – 2000
The BACCO 1000 is an extremely compact trailed Drift Recovery multi-row sprayer. The conformation of the shields and relative supports has been developed in such a way as to obtain the maximum recovery of the drift of the product.
BACCO can also be equipped with a patented system that mixes the plant protection product as needed keeping clean the water inside the main tank.
As an option the sprayer BACCO 1000 and 1500 have the possibility to install proprietary automatic leveling system (Patent pending) able to keep the shields in vertical position and at the same distance from the ground.
This solution, combined with very compact dimensions, makes sprayers BACCO 1000 and BACCO 1500 particularly suitable to operate with slopes of up to 10%.
The sprayer mounts 2 vertical membranes pumps: one for the spraying and one for the recovery of the excess part of the product. Such technical solution allows the sprayer to be compact in length.
The BACCO Drift Recovery sprayer is equipped with a stainless steel tank. The tank also has inside a clean water tank 120 liter for washing the circuit. Also within the tank there is also a water separator.
An important technical characteristic of the sprayer BACCO is the Tandem rocker that allows to amortize any imperfections of the ground and to easily turn on an axis by lifting the rear.
BACCO mounts 4 tangential fans with a vertical axis. Their blades extend for all the height of the screens thereby ensuring a uniform distribution of the product on the whole tree wall.
The fans are operated hydraulically, with a variable rotation speed so as to set the air flow rate to the optimum values as a function of the vegetative state of the crop.
This system (Patent Pending) allows the product to penetrate inside the tree row with minimal drift and the maximizes the recovery of the product that does not hit the target.
